Lead/Senior Flutter Mobile Developer

We are seeking talented, Senior Flutter Mobile Developer and Flutter Technical Lead to join our team, contribute to our initiatives, and stay abreast of the latest technological advancements. 

Role Responsibilities
  • Study project requirements, solution architecture and current source code (if available). 
  • Design, Develop Flutter applications for both iOS and Android, ensuring they are high-performing, stable, and scalable. 
  • Maintain and enhance the existing codebase, improving its performance, stability, and scalability. 
  • Work with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. 
  • Investigate and diagnose software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes. 
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment. 
  • 3+ years developing complex, production-ready applications using Flutter for iOS and Android. 
  • Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter, grasp of state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC). 
  • Knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. 
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. 
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests. 
  • Experience working with modern tools including Jira, Slack, Git and AzureDevOps is a plus. 
  • Good in oral and writing English communication is a plus. 

For Flutter Mobile Technical Lead role, additional role and requirements below required: 

  • 2+ years of experiences as a Technical Lead. 
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
