Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking talented, Lead Business Analyst to join our team, contribute to our initiatives, and stay abreast of the latest technological advancements.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
  • Understanding as-is process, analyzing users' requirements and documents requirements.
  • Develops and documents workflow, systems requirements, system impact analysis, systems design, process analysis and testing using Agile development methodology.
  • Perform interviews with Business Users / SMEs.
  • Elaborate and update Product Backlogs, User Story requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and product owners, ensuring clear communication of project goals, requirements, and progress.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT industry and at least 2 years in BA Lead role.
  • Experience with Requirement management tools such as Jira, MS office, Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, English oral & writing communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.
  • Have Figma design experience is a plus.
  • Have experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
